Hidden Fees and Rental Rates
Most rental rates quoted to vacationers do not initially include all of the charges that they will pay. These include deposits, processing fees, cleaning fees and 11.5% occupancy taxes on all of these charges. This means that a $3,000 rental usually turns out to actually cost approximately $3,600!!!!
To avoid the confusion associated with such issues, our advertised weekly rates are always inclusive of all charges. We call this our weekly one price fee. The only fee not included is an optional fee of $35/day to heat the pool at Caribbean Soul.
