Our homes are available year round.
The most expensive times to rent them are during Spring Break and between Memorial Day and Mid August. Winter is the least expensive time.
Autumn is definitely the time to be in SoWal. The days are clear and dry, the water is still warm and the crowds have gone home. Typical Fall weather has highs in the low 80's and lows in the 50's. It is ideal.
Winter can have weather as hot as the mid 70s or as cold (at night) as the high 20s.
