Welcome to Caribbean Soul, our newest home in the Panhandle. The first time we walked in the door of this beautiful home we could only say "WOW"! We fell in love with it and you will too. We could imagine family get-togethers out by the beautiful pool. Grilling up lunch or dinner on the large gas grill or settling in for the evening watching movies and play games. There's plenty of room to come together or plenty of space for everyone to have private time as well.
Caribbean Soul is a 3000 sq ft home with 5 bedrooms, four baths and a private heated pool on a private lot in a lush tropical setting. When you walk into the house, you'll feel instantly at home. The incredible kitchen/dining/living area is huge, bright and the centerpiece of the home. The home sleeps 16 and this living area holds that many or more with ease. There are ten foot high ceilings, tile floors, lots of windows and easy access to the private, heated pool. The kitchen, which is also part of this area is huge and well equipped. There's plenty of room for big family meals or to grab a quick snack on the way to the beach.
We have three master bedrooms with attached baths. One master is located on the first floor and is ideally suited for a mobility impaired person. One of the master suites on the second floor has a huge attached bath with a whirlpool tub. The other second floor master bedroom has a nice attached bath as well. We have two other bedrooms on the first floor. One is a charming cottage style bedroom and the other is a 'dormitory' room sleeping 5. There is even a kids hideaway bedding area under the stairs.
When you are ready to swim, just walk out the back door into the fenced in back yard. There you will find a large Lanai style porch and our heated pool. It doesn't get much better than that. Included in home is a reading library, video library, and board games, TVs, VCRs and a DVD.
The beach is just a short walk from our home. You can be on the sand in 3-4 minutes from our front door and we are 1.2 miles from the center of Seaside. Often, we'll walk to the Seagrove Market for lunch or dinner. Its only about .5 miles away. Deer Lake Park is about 4 miles to the eastand well worth the car or bike ride. Nature did some of her best work here, with dune walkovers leading you across some of the most beautiful, white pristine dunes you will ever see. If you are lucky you might also get to see a pod of dolphins swimming their way up the gulf.
